Our COVID-19 Strategy

As the COVID pandemic is affecting the lives and businesses across the globe, we want to ensure that we monitor the situation closely and take necessary precautions in protecting our employees and business partners, with following strategies.

  • Practice good hygiene

Hygiene standards for our employees and the cleanliness of our products are and always will be a top priority. We are following latest public health guidelines, especially guidance of CDC, including requiring employees to stay home if they feel unwell, as well as forming a task team reinforcing the hygiene practice and cleaning of our workplace.

  • Resources
    • We work closely with business partners to make sure we have the resources to take care of our employees, and by extension, our customers
    • We monitor closely with our supply chain and keep customers informed about any possible delay on materials and disruption on production
    • We supply employees with necessary personal protection gear (PPE), including facemask and face shield.

  • Business conduct
    • To mitigate the risk of exposure, we will continue keeping face to face meetings with business partners to the minimum during, including suppliers and customers; instead, use email, phone, or video conference for communications.
    • Limit none-employees to enter the GI building.
    • All employees of GI Circuits are required to wear facemasks at work, including Sales and Delivery driver who goes to customer’s or vendor’s site.
    • If face to face meeting is necessary, we will proceed with good hygiene practice, including
      • Keep it short and brief
      • Meet in the open area, including outside of our building
      • Wear face masks and keep social distance (GI will provide face masks when needed)

  • Continuous improvement

We consider these precautions important in preventing production disruption and therefore better serving the needs of our customers. Should you find any area we can further improve, however, please do not hesitate to advise us.
